No purchase necessary to enter. Open to U.S. residents only. Void where prohibited. Must be 18 years of age or over to participate, or accompanied by parent or guardian. Divesites/Operators may have standard admittance fees.

Diver Quest 2008 starts April 1, 2008 and ends September 20, 2008. Enter and Win must be completed and sent to be eligible. One registration per person. Participants must be certified Divers. All information sent to us is kept strictly confidential and will only be used by Diver Quest for updates to Quest and notifications of future events. No participant information will be divulged to any 3rd party, ever. After drawing and winner notifications, all information is discarded. Only the participants email addresses will be archived.

Visits are verified by an original receipt/signed business card of a Diver Quest Partner or stamped/signed Drawing Card by any commercial diving facility.

Participants are eligible and encouraged to vote for a beneficiary as listed on the DiverQuest Card. The beneficiary will be determined by most popular votes by both Sponsors and Participants upon collection of drawing cards. Beneficiary votes will only count from those who donated, are registered with us, and have completed The Quest.

Six different dive venues must be verified. Participants are not required to dive. Participation in Scuba courses or classes count as a visit with verification. Participation in manufacturer Demo Days count as a visit with verification. Only one possible prize will be awarded per participant. Prizes are and will continue to be plentiful but there is no guarantee that all participants will receive a prize. Odds of winning are dependant upon number of prizes donated and number of participants enrolled. Participants should copy the information sent to us for their records. Postage to Diver Quest at participants expense. All entries must be received by Diver Quest no later than September 10, 2008. Underwater drawing to be held September 20, 2008 and may be viewed at DiverQuest.net .

Prizes awarded will be obtained from manufacturers or businesses that have donated specific prizes. Shipping/Taxes/Fees may be applicable to prize winners. Transportation to destinations will be at participants expense. Rules may be changed/altered by Diver Quest at any time.

A $10.00 beneficiary and hosting donation is requested. Visits will only count after Enter and Win release has been agreed to. A Diver Quest card will be emailed to participants upon completion of Enter and Win release.
